I can't wait to start school, I'm really excited to have a routine. Right now is really hard because there isn't a whole lot to do. When I am out doing something I'm very happy, but later at night when everyone is doing their own thing and I don't really have anything to do it's really hard. I don't have a life here yet, so I'm still trying to continue my old routines, but that doesn't work either. This causes me to miss home. I'm pretty sure that once I start school and meet more exchange students this will change. At least that's what everyone tells me!

Hey Savannah,
Your family sounds really nice and engaged with you. Adnaan's 1st host family watched TV in almost all their free time. He joined a gym, music school, swim team and met other people. Are extra-curriculars part of your time at school or do you have to sign up for them on your own? We are signing our students here up for sports teams which practice before school starts so that they can meet a smaller group of kids right away and then not feel so lost at school. Is that an option for you? Wishing you all good times.
I can't wait to see more of your school. Is the inside as beautiful as the outside?
I like Nadia's idea of joining a gym. It could be a new routine for you! I'd like to see s some pictures of cafe's and some treats they serve. Would that be something fun for you to do?
Also, everyone loves the cat!!
